After having my PC repaired previously by PCT I signed up to their remote support package which I have already used a number of times for help using Word and solving a number of other small problems. I don't know how I managed without this support.

Forum Support:

Here you can let us know your problem, typically we will post an answer within 24 hours. This is the method we prefer you use as it allows other people to benefit from the answer. Forum support is open to everyone even if your not a PCT customer.

Email Support:

We usually reply to your email within 24hrs, we would however prefer you use the forum as mentioned above. Only available for PCT customers.

Telephone Support:

We offer telephone for urgent support problems and in conjection with remote assistance support. Only available for PCT customers.

Remote Assistance Support:

Using remote assistance software we can connect to your computer to quickly and securely resolve your problem. We offer this as part of our Paragon Support package (as mentioned below) Only available for PCT customers.
