1. Simply contact us with a time that convenient for you to drop off the main unit (9am - 9pm, 7 days a week). OR we can arrange a collection.
2. We then analyse the problem with you computer, once we have found the problem(s) you will be contacted with the problem(s) found and the total cost of repair.
3. You will be notified once the repairs are completed.

   

4. We will arrange a day and time that is best for you so that you can collect your PC / Laptop OR we can arrange a day for delivery.
5. You will have access to free remote support for 1 week following the date of repair to ensure that you are happy with the service.
